Sleek-style building, spacious rooms with modern furnishings and a great shower, as example. The staff were very-very nice and the design was nice. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Bergfriedhof Heidelberg. Located in 19 minutes' drive to the airport.

I had a spacious room in this fairly clean hotel. The personnel were nice and made me feel welcome. Very central location next to main bus terminus at BismarkPlatz, and the shopping area, it was in a very quite area. I truly enjoyed staying at property and would stay here again.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unkind.

Nice building and rooms with 3 beds. Marvellous and perfect location of the hotel, walk from a tram station. Walking distance to a shopping area and a Christmas market across the street.

Conveniently located near the old town and downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were recently renovated and had a modern touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the foyer, which was a nice touch.
The hotel is situated on a busy street, which made it noisy and disruptive during our stay. There were significant roadworks happening nearby, adding to the inconvenience.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The welcoming staff, the beautiful view from our room, and the luxurious studio feel of our room were just a few of the amazing things about this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and baked goods in the lobby. Also, the location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

Very good stay at Hotel Excellency - as always. Located almost directly in the centre of Heidelberg and offers the best conditions for small money. Modern equipped, room is small but nice, very clean. Highly recommended.
